I have 2 32" screens on the dock, but they don't have a speaker. I don't have this problem. Maybe check in the system settings under "Sound" which speaker is selected and select the desired speaker there. Laptop/notebook speakers should always work.

Have the drivers for the network connection been installed ? See under Windows in the "Device Manager". The power button on the docking station is a Dell specific function and only works with Dell notebooks (possibly not with all models). There should be a way to enable/allow the power button in the BIOS. In general about the problems: Update the firmware for the docking station and update the BIOS of the notebook. Here is the homepage with driver/firmware: https://www.dell.com/support/home/de-ch/product-support/product/dell-wd19-130w-dock/drivers

As a Swiss customer with a Swiss dealer, you have the right described below, which you can claim. Pro tip for this product. The power cable is plugged into the power supply unit. Therefore, the second best solution is the one with the adapter. The better solution is to replace the whole cable with one that has the correct plug. Digitec MUST take care of this. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Digitec (or any other Swiss dealer) is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or alternatively if the mains cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter should be supplied. If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge. Dell writes that the dock supports 1xQHD@60 via HBR2 and 2xQHD@60 via HBR3. (HBR2 or 3 must be supported by the laptop). That would optimally be 1440p@120, although it doesn't say anywhere whether that really works on a monitor. Yes, the main part of the Dokingstation is the same. The module to which the cable is attached is different. It would be possible to make a wd19TB out of a Dell WD19 afterwards, but it is not really worth it as the module costs 160.- at Dell. The difference between the stations is the communication via usbC. Thunderbolt / Displayport protocol

NO! you can't do that. That's exactly why I bought it. After several days of research, we found out that it is impossible to connect 2 monitors with good resolution. It needs a different dock for that. For me, the part is unusable and declared opaque by the manufacturer.

Ciao Andremarty13. As far as charging power goes, you should get plenty of juice. The dock also seems like a good choice for upgrading your Alienware m15. I would venture to say that pretty much all current Dell docking stations are compatible with newer Dell notebooks. The docking stations are designed by Dell for certain notebooks and have been tested on them by Dell. Therefore, the manufacturer can say with certainty: Compatible for xyz. If you don't want to take the risk, I would suggest that you buy a universal dock.
