Hello Jul1an_S
this following link describes how to unlock 5G on the existing Oneplus phones. It should be similar on the op9 pro, but still it should not be a restriction in terms of carrier or network frequency on the phone. if it should be, contact Digitec for a replacement based on the description here it should be Sim Unlocked and support 5G out of the box.

Digitec is not a OnePlus partner and therefore does not participate in the promotion (information from the support chat).
You can still register here, maybe OnePlus will turn a blind eye: https://promotions.activationboxx.com/oneplus...
It doesn't work out of the box. There is a hacky way to get this working which requires going into soem back-end settings, I'll give you the link and you can decide if it's too much effort. I never got it to work :)

Unfortunately, we do not have any photos in this case. "Used + Tested" does not mean that there is anything wrong with the product, but that the product has been in use for a maximum of 12 months. The product works technically perfectly and is not visually damaged.
According to the manufacturer, updates should still be coming. The release of the new OS for the 9Pro is scheduled for 18.4.

Hello Sup3rfish
I think Digitec can do precious little here. The problem here is with the Oxygen OS 12 (among other issues since the merger with ColorOS). You'll probably have to wait until an update arrives from OnePlus. If I'm not mistaken, there is already an update that fixes the 5G bug, but it's only rolling out now and not all users can update yet.
It may not be the answer you might want to hear, although I would advise also to check out the the new Mi 11, it also has a Snapdragon 888 and there is no issue with 5G in Europe. It is also less expensive and has a bit bigger screen.
Xiaomi Mi 11 (256 GB, Horizon Blue, 6.81 ", Dual SIM, 108 Mpx, 5G)
Hasselblad is a very respectable camera brand name, although I associate Hasselblad with High End cameras that went to the Moon and back. A "normal" camera sensor in a smart phone should be also quite good in my opinion.
Hi Evofan87
I've been the proud owner of this smartphone for a good 2 months now and can't complain of any such cases.
Did you perhaps switch on one of the many "put your phone away" functions?
E.g. Digital Wellbeing, Focus Mode, Reading Mode, Zen Mode or similar.
There is a possibility that these functions block the (number of) notifications after a certain time and thus lead to problems with Sonos, Whatsapp & SMS....
