In Germany, different conditions apply than in Switzerland. In addition, the travel distances are different. Comparing prices between Galaxus DE and Galaxus CH is therefore not meaningful.

I would take the battery out when it is not in use, but not completely empty, but around 70%. I have an older Xiaomi Smart Mi Fan where the battery was inserted all the time and then after a few years it broke and could no longer be charged.
The Smart Mi Fan 3 requires a normal two-pin Euro plug, which you can get on every corner, e.g. at Digitec:

We can't warranty you, the brand only specify that it's compatible with Mi Home and this app can be used with Google and Alexa. But you may find the app on an iPhone for a regular use.

Does the question refer to the Xiaomi app or to the fan / hardware? In the Xiaomi app I have set the location to Switzerland in my profile...

An adapter for what? The plug is a normal EU plug. There is nothing else about it for which you could need an adapter.
