The standard PIN is 1234. To activate it, you have to set "Password enable" in the menu to "Yes", then enter the new code and press and hold the "Gear" button for several seconds. In many cases, however, this does not work reliably, presumably due to a firmware error or input problem. A solution may be a firmware update or consultation with VMAX support.

I have no precise information on whether the battery in the model in question is removable. It is advisable to consult the product manual or contact the manufacturer directly to obtain this information.
Automatically generated from the .This is due to the subterranean quality of Vmax and the complete absence of quality control. My VX4 had half a dozen defects after unpacking. Your only option is to make use of the "service" and then be patient. Either way, you shouldn't even try to repair anything yourself. It's a 48V - 18.2A/h battery. In my opinion, the only difference between the three scooter models is the power of the battery. - LT model: 48V - 13.0A/h - ST model: 48V - 18.2A/h - GT model: 48V - 23.2A/h
