Unfortunately not. I have also just read the data sheet. ON/OFF Set password Change SSID and that's it.
I don't speak German and I set mine up no problem. The instructions were in English and I use it through Alexa, so no language issues.
If no CH adapter is enclosed, ask digitec, you have to supply it, at your expense. Somewhere digitec even has a form for this (they know the law :-) On the other side, either a 2-pole CH plug or, if there are 3 poles, remove the middle one. Or (cleaner) a Schuko - T23 adapter, e.g. https://www.brack.ch/max-hauri-reiseadapter-ch--eu-t23-schuko-662871 Alternatively change to Philips HUE, but this also needs a HUE Bridge and this is then controlled e.g. by the app or with ioBroker on Linux. But that's already "smart home".
I bought this socket for exactly this reason, it doesn't need any cloud and app stuff but runs on its own network. One possibility for you would be to set up a VPN at your place, then you could access the socket externally via the browser. Or with port forwarding in the router, but I wouldn't recommend that...
