Hello, is it true that not only the focal length but also the aperture changes with a smaller sensor size? So that, for example, an MFT lens 12mm/f2.8 at full frame is 24mm and only aperture f 5.6? Thanks for your answers

Good evening everyone. I'm thinking of buying a new zoom telephoto lens for my next surfing holiday. Now I'm spoilt for choice. For your information, I am employed with a Nikon Z6. I have shortlisted the Tamron AF 150-500mm F/5-6.7 Di III VC VXD - (EU) (NIKON Z) and the Nikon AF-S Nikkor 200-500mm, f/5.6E ED VR (NIKON F).
